Well hello all! Today is day 2 of loading...and I am so happy that I only have 12 hours left of this. I cannot begin to describe how gross I feel. Yesterdays food eating really did take a toll on me. I work up in the middle of the night with the worst stomach ever. I wanted to vomit so bad. But i didnt. I just thought hopefully this will help me in the coming weeks. Today for breafast I ate trail mix. It was pretty good so for lunch I went to walmart and bought a whole container of mixed nuts..the Planters healthy bone mix....80g of fat for the container...so i ate it all. Also with that goodness I ate popcorn chicken. I had to make myself eat it seeing as I was full from the nuts. I hope that I lost the 6 pounds that I have put on in the last 2 days in the first 2 days or three days of the actual low calorie diet. I am really excited to start seeing the results from hard work. I will not be working out during the HCG because I walk for 12 hours a day at work. That is enough light working out for me since im not eating alot. I bought a whiteboard to make my menu for the week. I am excited. My main source of protein is going to be chrimp, chicken, and steak. I also bought a lot of veggies and did you know that 3.5 oz of spinach is like a huge salad? it is a ton! im excited. just so excited.
Back to today.....what to eat for dinner.....maybe i chould cook some ground beef and just eat the fat. haha.
